Sasquatch Festival Food Vendor

$100.00

FOOD VENDOR SIGN UP IS $100

Shawnee Sasquatch Festival Saturday October 3rd

Deadline to sign up is September 30th. Money will NOT be accepted on the day of.

Last year was the first time we allowed Friday night setup, and it worked out so well that we encourage everyone to set up on Friday night October 02, 2026 after 5:00 p.m. Please keep in mind that the City of Harrisburg is not responsible for anything that is left overnight.

We ask that you wait until 5:00 p.m. to set up so the surrounding businesses can clear out from their workday. The Saline County Courthouse and Clearwave are kind enough to allow us to use their lot, so we want to be respectful and let them finish their workday.

If you choose to set up on Saturday, you can only access the food area by entering Locust Street from Commercial Street. Food vendor will be set up on a first come basis. Food vendors will set up along Vine Street like last year.

We encourage food vendors use a “quiet” generator. We are trying to eliminate generator noise, and we think the use of “quiet” generators will help with this issue.

If you have any questions, please reach out to us so there is minimal confusion the day of the festival. tjenkins@cityofharrisburgil.com
