CRAFT VENDOR SIGN UP IS $30
Shawnee Sasquatch Festival Saturday October 3rd
Deadline to sign up is September 30th. Money will NOT be accepted on the day of.
We are allowing craft vendors to set up Friday October 2nd after 6:00 p.m. Please do not come earlier than this or you will be turned away. We have to let the businesses in that area close down and leave before we start setting up.
Please keep in mind that the City of Harrisburg is not responsible for anything that is left overnight. Set-up will be on a first come basis.
If you choose to set up on Saturday, you can only access the craft area by entering East Locust Street from Commercial Street. Cars are not permitted in the craft booth areas. Unloading will occur in Locust Street. We will have a few individuals here to help unload and direct traffic. Please pay attention to these individuals as they will be working to keep things moving as quickly as possible. Vendor spots are on a first come first serve basis.
We encourage you to get here as early as possible. The 5k route will be running down Locust Street; therefore, you must stay in one lane of the road, please do not be in the middle of the road. Once you have everything unloaded, parking is permitted in the First Baptist Church parking lot, Mid- First Bank parking lot, and behind City Hall. You can park elsewhere as long as it is not inside the Sasquatch Festival designated area.
If you have any questions, please reach out to us via EMAIL (tjenkins@cityofharrisburgil.com) so there is minimal confusion the day of the festival. It will be chaotic during the set-up, but once everyone is in place, it will be a great day. You will start seeing foot traffic around 11:00 a.m.
