Public Property Dump Truck Bid Specs

The Harrisburg City Council will be accepting sealed bids for a 2024 or newer Ram 3500 Dump truck 4x4. A new, used, or unsold truck but less than 500 miles. Truck must be white in color and have the following options:  6.4 Hemi engine, Aisin HD transmission, Tradesman Level 1 equipment, power windows and locks, snowplow prep package, removable headache rack with debris tarp for dump bed, vinyl or equivalent interior. Hand remote for dump bed and a two-way tailgate. Sealed bids must be submitted to the City Clerk at City Hall 110 E. Locust St Harrisburg IL 62946 no later than May 06, 2026 by 1:00 p.m. Sealed bids will be opened in City Hall at 2:00 p.m. on May 6, 2026. Bids may be awarded during the May 07, 2026 council meeting in City Hall. The City of Harrisburg reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
