Municipal Garbage & Waste Collection Services for Municipal Property - Amended Packet

Bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk located at 110 E Locust Street in Harrisburg, IL until 8:30 a.m. on April 01, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read during the public bid letting meeting located in city council chambers at 110 E Locust Street, Harrisburg Il. The awarding or rejection of the bids may be given at the city council meeting on April 02, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

Specifications and bid packets may be obtain for the office of the city clerk between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and may be obtained by email request to: tjenkins@cityofharrisburgil.com. The bid packets must be filled out and accompany all sealed bids received by the city.

The purpose of the bidding shall be for the city to accept for: Municipal garbage and waste collection services for municipal properties.
