The Harrisburg City Council will be accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 2003 Chevy 1500 dump truck 4x4 with an 8.1 liter engine that is not operational, Allison 1000 transmission and a snowplow included.  For additional information, please contact 618-253-7451 ext. #6 and ask for Jacob.  Sealed bids must be submitted to the City Clerk at 110 E. Locust Street by December 15, 2025 by 2:00 p.m.  Sealed bids will be opened in City Hall on December 15, 2025. The sale will be approved at the December 18, 2025 council meeting. 

The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The City reserves the right to review and study any and all bids and to make an award within thirty days after the bids have been opened and publicly read.
