For Sale - 2016 Dodge Charger

The Harrisburg City Council will be accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 2016 Dodge Charger with 72,676 miles. The vehicle displays the following code warnings: Engine Control Module Code and ECU Internal Performance Code. Minimum bid must start at $1,000. All emergency warning equipment has been removed. For additional information, please contact 618-252-4528 and ask for Police Chief Nathan Moore.  Sealed bids must be submitted to the City Clerk at 110 E. Locust Street by October 13, 2026 by 2:00 p.m.  Sealed bids will be opened in City Hall on October 13, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.. The sale may be approved at the October 15, 2026 council meeting. 

The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The City reserves the right to review and study any and all bids and to make an award within thirty days after the bids have been opened and publicly read. Vehicle is being sold AS IS.
