Fence Project - Bark Park

The City of Harrisburg is accepting sealed bids for a fence project. The fence is to be a 50’ x 100’ black coated fence which must be 6 feet high. There is to be a 50’ divider fence placed at the 30’ mark. It must include all post, clamps, hardware and installation. There must be four 32” wide gates per ADA. Two of the gates must be in swing and two must outswing. Sealed bids must be submitted by July 15, 2025 by 2:00 p.m.

The City Council may accept the lowest bid or offer whose bid meets the requirements and which is determined by them to be in the best interest of the municipality, and which complies with the terms of this notice. The City has the right to reject any and all bids or offers, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. The City reserves the right to review and study any and all bids and to make an award within thirty days after the bids have been opened and publicly read.
