Cemetery Building Remodel

The City of Harrisburg is advertising a remodeling project for the Public Property Shop. For specs, please call Superintendent Jacob Palmer at 618-253-7451 ext. 5. You can pick up a bid packet from the City Clerk's office located at 110 E Locust St Harrisburg, IL 62946. Bids must be turned in to the City Clerk's office no later than 2:00 pm on May 12, 2025. Bids will be opened on May 12, 2025 2:00 p.m. in City Hall.

The City Council may accept the lowest bid or offer whose bid meets the requirements and which is determined by them to be in the best interest of the municipality, and which complies with the terms of this notice. The City has the right to reject any and all bids or offers, and to waive any informality or irregularities in the bidding. The City reserves the right to review and study any and all bids and to make an award within thirty days after the bids have been opened and publicly read.
