               Milling and Resurfacing with Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) Binder and Surface Course   

               Pavement Patching

               Pavement Markings – to be replaced in existing locations

               Traffic signal detector loops – to be replaced in existing locations

               Staged construction: one side of the intersection to be completed at a time

               Contractor traffic control and protection: will involve lane closures on US Route 45
